This was hands down the best dining experience we had in all of Europe! Nobile Bistro is perfectly set in a bustling Florentine square where you can enjoy incredible people-watching. The personal service made us feel truly welcomed, and the food was something we’ll never forget. We enjoyed the Fuoco; Calabrian nduja and pecorino cream on toasted bread and a Terra; cherry tomatoes, pesto cream, and balsamic vinegar—both absolutely delicious. The beer selection was the perfect touch. Can’t wait to return to this gem one day. Thank you.- Servizio

We sat down for a late lunch on a rainy afternoon. Tables only outside. The lady preparing the salads and serving the tables was very nice. The salads were tasty with plenty ingredients (we had a Mediterranean & Nordic salad from the daily menu). We paid 15€/salad which seems a bit overpriced, but also something that comes with the tourist city.

My husband and I came here for a quick breakfast before the Accademia. It's a beautiful spot. The staff are very welcoming and the service was prompt. We ordered cappuccinos and croissants- mine with smoked salmon and cream cheese. Both delicious. I'd come back every morning if I could!

Very central location. Very nice server. Got the berry and nutella pancakes with water instead of the coffee/juice. Tasty, but not huge (like an American brunch).

The chocolate and pastry cream croissants were simply divine - fresh, warm, and bursting with flavor.
We also tried the Nutella pancakes and they were a dream too. They were fluffy, perfectly complemented by Nutella, whipped cream and maple syrup. Plus, the glass of orange juice that accompanies the pancake menu adds a refreshing touch.
The coffee was great as well!
Needless to say, we were so impressed that we returned the very next day.

We only drank ice coffee and it was very good with chocolate. Drank ice coffees other places but here it's the best.

Lovely place, most recommended. Owners are amazing and accommodating! Crispy and soft bread on the sandwiches, fresh croissants (the chocolate ones are a must!) Good coffee too. You will not be disappointed.
Cozy and central location. Paninis with very fresh ingredients, big portion, delicious taste. Though drinks were a little bit pricy.
I think regularly about the lunch we spent here in October 6 months ago. Affordable, delicious food and great service by the owners. One of the many food options I miss dearly of Firenze
Very nice cafe for a drink and panini but the service was what was really special! The woman working there was so friendly and cheerful, she even let me try something before I ordered so I got the perfect panini. Definitely recommend this place for a bite.
Excellent little cafe in a very beautiful square! We recieved some incredible service from Costanza who gave us a try of the Florentine delicious of veel tripe. We went for the daily special mix which was not only filling but delicious! Must visit whilst in Florence :)
What a gem! We had lunch out in the patio out front. The staff (maybe owners) were very friendly. Our sandwiches were amazing!
